One evening I decided to take a little ride around the outskirts of Pattaya. Twice I ran into signs that read "No entry for foreigners." But it didn't matter.

The rain was coming down like Pattaya had a giant watering can hanging over it, pouring away as if some enormous high-pressure hose had been shoved straight into it 🌨
